Terms & Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing participation in the Caravan and Camping Australia Rewards Program (“Program”), operated by:

1. Promoter
The Promoter of the Program is Caravan and Camping AUS Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Participation is open only to individuals who meet all the following criteria:

Employed as an Owner or Sales Staff of an authorised Caravan and Camping Australia Dealer or Sales Partner.

Located in Australia.
-
The associated dealership is in good standing with the Promoter.
Eligibility is determined solely by the Promoter, who reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke eligibility at any time.
3. Registration
Participants will either be:

Automatically registered by the Promoter; or
-
Nominated by their Dealer Principal or Sales Manager.
All participants must provide valid business contact details. Upon approval, participants will receive login credentials for the CCA Rewards website.
4. Account Access
Participants will receive secure access to their dashboard on the CCA Rewards website, where they can:

View reward balances
-
Track issued rewards
-
Redeem points from the rewards catalogue
Participants must keep login details secure. Misuse may result in suspension or removal from the Program.
5. How the Program Works
The Program rewards participants with points for eligible Caravan and Camping product sales.

Participants do not need to submit claims.

Points are issued automatically based on validated sales data provided by authorised distributors or internal reporting systems.

Points are allocated to individual participants monthly and can be tracked on their dashboard.
6. Program Period
The Program applies to eligible sales made between:
1st August 2025 and 31st July 2027
All points must be redeemed by 31st August 2027.
Sales of showroom stock or items purchased prior to 1st August 2025 are not eligible.
7. Eligible Products & Points Allocation
The list of eligible products and their associated point values will be published on the CCA Rewards website.
The Promoter may update the list or point values at any time. Participants will be notified of major changes.
8. Claiming Process
Participants are not required to manually submit claims.

Sales will be reported by authorised distributors.

Points are awarded automatically based on verified transaction data.

If discrepancies arise, participants may request a review with supporting documentation.
9. Points Issuance Schedule
Points are calculated and applied on a monthly basis.

Points will appear in participant dashboards within 5–10 business days of each month’s end.

Email notifications will be sent when new points are added.
10. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed via the CCA Rewards website.

Redemption deadline: 31st August 2027

Rewards can only be delivered to a registered business address.
-
Delivery may take up to 30 days.
-
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
11. Points Validity
All points expire on 31st August 2027.
Points have no cash value and cannot be carried over beyond the Program period.
12. Program Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

-
Program structure
All updates will be posted on the CCA Rewards website.
13. Cancellation of Participation
The Promoter may cancel participation without notice if:

The participant leaves their authorised dealership.
-
There is evidence of fraud, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
All unredeemed points will be forfeited upon cancellation.
14. Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)
Rewards received through the Program may constitute a fringe benefit under the Fringe Benefits Tax Assessment Act 1986 (Cth).
Participants and their employers are solely responsible for seeking independent tax advice regarding their obligations. The Promoter accepts no liability in relation to FBT.
15. Payment Terms Compliance
Points will only be awarded for sales where the associated invoices have been paid in full and within agreed trading terms with the Promoter or its authorised distributors.

Unpaid, overdue, or partially paid invoices will not qualify for reward points.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or reverse points for non-compliant transactions.

Compliance with payment terms will be reviewed monthly.
It is the Dealer Principal’s responsibility to ensure timely payment to maintain Program eligibility.
