Earning Your CCA Rewards Points

Earn CCA Rewards points every time you order at Caravan & Camping Aus!

By the 10th of each month, you will be credited with points for all approved sales made during the previous month.  These points will be loaded to your account, and your points summary can be viewed anytime on your Dashboard. Points accumulate over time and don't expire, so you can save for larger reward prizes throughout the program.

Redeeming Rewards

You can redeem your points for rewards at any time, using all or part of your total points available. 

Reward Delivery

It is preferred that reward prizes are delivered to a business address open Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, as a signature may be required upon delivery.

Delivery to a residential address can be arranged, however please note that someone will need to be home to accept delivery. CCA Rewards is unable to advise the exact date or time of delivery in advance.

CCA Rewards does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date of claim for the processing, handling, and delivery of any physical rewards ordered.
